Biodynamic Agriculture Demonstrations
Coastal Grove Charter School invites you to their Biodynamic Agriculture Demonstrations at their 12th Annual Medieval Festival of Courage, Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 4 and 5, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m at Christie’s Pumpkin Patch and Corn Maze in Blue Lake, on Glendale Drive off Highway 299. Biodynamics is the new “buzzword” in agriculture, as it provides balanced farming practices that produce amazing crop results and healthier land. Come check out Biodynamic Agriculture Demonstrations by 2 of the top experts in the COUNTRY, Luke Frey, of Frey Vineyards, and Colum Riley of Malibu Compost. The demonstrations will include hands-on activities for adults and children, books, materials, biodynamic planting calendars, Rudolf Steiner’s Sacred Geometry and Sacred Water, and free samples of compost and tea preparations. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for kids and free for 2 and under. This is fundraiser for Coastal Grove Charter School Parent Organization Foundation.medievalfestivalofcourage.org
