Eve Harrington is a young actress who insinuates herself into the personal and professional life of her idol, Margo Channing, the aging Broadway star. Aided by the venomous theatre critic Addison De Witt, Eve gradually to the top of the theatrical heap, disrupting the lives of Margo and her friends in the process.

 

 

Starring Bette Davis, Anne Baxter, Celeste Holm and George Sanders. Directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz.
