Affirmation Cards Workshop
Affirmations, mantras and visualization have been a proven method of helping people achieve life goals. In this workshop participants will first establish the goal they want to focus on achieving. Then they will create a catchy phrase, mantra or affirmation highlighting that goal. Finally, we will turn out affirmations into 8”x8” pieces of artwork, utilizing collage techniques. We will also play around with utilizing an array of reused materials, such as records, lace, and other embellishment. All participants will leave with their own beautiful affirmation card to hang in their home where they will see it often.
