7th Annual Spamley Cup Cook-Off!
Humboldt County's top chefs will compete in this show-down to make their best dish that includes the famous canned meat SPAM!
Come enjoy creative food, great beverages, a raffle and silent auction, great local music and performers. Fun for the whole family so don't miss it!
Dishes will be judged on:
1. Amount of spam used
2. Presentation
3. Creativity
4. Taste
You will have a chance to vote for the People's Choice Winner!
Admission is $10 and includes tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets can be purchased for $1 each. Kids under 12 are free!
All proceeds benefit Humboldt CASA's work to advocate for local foster children.
