Third Annual Kinetic Carnivale
On Saturday and Sunday, August 9 & 10, 2014, Mendocino County Museum’s 3rd Annual Kinetic Carnivale steams into town. Spanning the grounds of both the Museum and Recreation Grove Park in Willits, this highly-anticipated kinetic and steampunk festival returns with many fan favorites. Visitors will enjoy a wide variety of steam and travel-related activities; displays of art cars and kinetic sculptures; craft and food vendors; the Grand Ball - a highly anticipated evening of fun and fantasy; Handcar Races featuring creatively designed kinetic vehicles on paired tracks; and the Whimsy Circus specifically for children.
