THURSDAY LOWDOWN: Where the Bands Are

Thursday marks the first of three straight nights of Vert and Distort, a punk-heavy festival of sorts featuring more than 20 bands from all over the world playing within RampArt Skatepark in Arcata. Thursday night's lineup is headlined by U.K. band Snob -- sample them above.
