Thursday Lowdown: Eureka Eats

Wanna go out to eat tonight? Wait. Better question. Wanna go out to eat at all of the restaurants tonight?*

If you’re unfamiliar with the procedure for the annual Taste of Main Street event, Eureka Main Street’s nom walk through greater Old Town, let the Lowdown help you out. For your $25 price of admission, you get a small booklet containing tickets redeemable at 22 Eureka establishments (see below), each with menu of minor edibles prepared specifically for this evening. You have three hours to hurry from grub to grub stuffing your face with as much finger-ish food as you can stomach. (Pro tip: Don’t dally. From experience, LoCO will tell you that completing your ticket booklet is not easy.)
