BOO: Humboldt Crabs’ Friday and Saturday Night Games Cancelled

Don't plan on taking yourself out to the ball game over the next couple days, sadly. The Humboldt Crabs announced late Thursday evening that they've had to cancel both their Friday and Saturday home games. Word is their weekend opponent, the cowardly San Diego Waves, called last minute to cancel. Not cool, Waves. Boo!

Here's your silver lining: The Crabs were also scheduled to defeat the Waves on Sunday — not now, of course — but luckily the Humboldt B52s have stepped up to ensure the spectacle of competition for the sports-hungry masses. (Details here.) Good on you, B52s. Hooray!

Anywho, surely you can find alternate locations for end o' the week beer consumption. Scrolling your Friday Lowdown listings below seems like a good place to start (note that the B52s are playing at Bomber Field both those nights). Oh, and one more thing...
