TUESDAY LOWDOWN: NBC Newsman in Town to Inspire HSU’s Aspiring Journalists, You

Strap in, junior Cronkites. This Tuesday HSU’s Journalism Department has seduced a bonafide TV newsman to step behind the Redwood Curtain to dump out his brain for your inspection.

Correspondent Kerry Sanders has been with NBC News for 25 years and, we’re told, has “covered the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the San Bernardino shooting, Trayvon Martin killing, recent violence in Milwaukee and much more.” The public is invited to come absorb the life lessons he’s uncovered and later ask him questions about news stuff in the Kate Buchanan Room starting at 5 p.m.

Kerry Sanders. Kerry Sanders? Do we know this guy? Here you go. Put a face to the name in the clip below which follows our intrepid reporter as he jumps out of an airplane. Will he survive? Who can know? Other Tuesday night human clusters can be found in your Lowdown listings farther down. --AG
