(VIDEO) The Guy Playing Organ at HSU Tonight Has Very Impressive Feet

Holy democracy! Another debate? Our deity of choice loves us.

The Arcata Theatre Lounge (and probably other venues who did not submit their intent to do so to the Lowdown) will screen the latest chapter of the intensifying Sanders vs. Clinton saga. With New Hampshire's bloodbath behind us, the drama now shifts to South Carolina. Is Bernie tough enough to endure the harshness of Southern politics? Will anyone truly ever like Hillary? Our country's future hinges on these and many other narratives! Insert popcorn kitty.

As far as more traditionally Lowdown events go, CenterArts’ season rolls on with an organist. But this is not just any organist? Cameron Carpenter is like the James Brown of the organ universe (maybe Criss Angel — we could’ve gone several ways, here). He’s flamboyant. He’s a showman. He wears sparkly clothing! And sure, he’s also really good at his instrument.

But fingers, shmingers. LoCO was more impressed by our man's other appendages. Check out Carpenter’s fancy footwork in the YouTube clip below. Those feet will be at the Van Duzer Theatre Thursday night. Other out and about options in your Lowdown listings below. —Andrew Goff
