As far as more traditionally Lowdown events go, CenterArts’ season rolls on with an organist. But this is not just any organist? Cameron Carpenter is like the James Brown of the organ universe (maybe Criss Angel — we could’ve gone several ways, here). He’s flamboyant. He’s a showman. He wears sparkly clothing! And sure, he’s also really good at his instrument.
