As is tradition, Humboldt will slow down significantly this coming week. The students are gone, the day of Christ's birth approaches and many local venues will embark on weird holiday hours. Hunker down, one and all.
As for your Humboldt Sunday, it's full of seasonal theatrical offerings. At Richard's Goat, Isaac Bluefoot of the Kinetic Paranormal Society is staging Christmas Puppet Show which could mean anything, really. Out in Blue Lake the Dell'Arte gang is wrapping up its locally influenced Alice in Wonderland holiday production. And down in Ferndale its the last day you can catch Ferndale Repertory Theatre's version of A Charlie Brown Christmas.
For a little more on the latter production, open thine ears to KMUD's Isabella Vanderheiden's interview with with FRT artistic director Leira Satlof, below. --AG
