Truly, we live in an age of too many choices. Even in our little secluded corner of the globe, this Humboldt Thursday features dueling, touring all-female folk/bluegrass trios. What a country! Let's see who is competing for your ears this evening:
Is this town big enough for two tuneful triads? Time will tell. But which ever show you attend, beforehand, consider dropping by for the grand opening of Arcata’s newest bar Richard’s Goat down on the corner of Samoa and I. Your new watering hole is the latest business baby birthed by the owners of La Dolce Video and is named after a historic goat that was evicted by the City of Arcata from the area that was needed to build the Arcata Plaza.
The goat has returned.
