Where to Watch Fireworks in Humboldt and Marvin Gaye Singing the National Anthem

Your Lost Coast Outpost is gonna get out of here and put some barbecue in its face. So really super briefly: If you want to celebrate America by blowing up a small piece of it, you have your options in Eureka, SoHum and Ferndale. Also, the Arcata Plaza will be its own unique brand of colorful today (they just gotta play by their own rules up there, don't they?)

Anywho, be safe, amateur explosion wranglers. And now, please watch Marvin Gaye sing the Star-Spangled Banner at the 1983 NBA All-Star Game, 'cuz it's the best.
