Have you not encountered Lord Ellis yet? If you've been around Humboldt enough, you've seen its parts scattered through other bands. The lineup of Roshawn Beere (bass), Steve Bohner (drums/beard), Pablo Midence (guitar) and Andy Sorter (keyboards) bring enough melodic heaviness to spare (listen below).
