HSU alum Corey Gray stopped by the studios today to talk about the recent discovery of gravitational waves. Gray is the lead operator at the Hanford, Washington, observatory lab of LIGO (short for Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory). He's in town for vacation and decided to give a seminar TOMORROW called "Trip The Gravitational Waves Fantastic" from 3 till 4 p.m. at HSU's Native American Forum.
