If You Must Do Graffiti

UPDATE: Turns out, the 'mazel tov' author is a KHUM listener. She writes:

"I've never graffiti-ed anything in my life, but that delighted note about becoming a grandma struck me as congratulations-worthy, and I happened to have a ballpoint pen in my purse.

I never thought I'd see it again in my life, figuring that the hard-working rest-stop maintenance folks would paint over it soon enough, so I was happily surprised to see it on Facebook this afternoon."

Consider us big fans of your work.

A grandma who carries a Sharpie and writes graffiti. A congratulatory followup from a kindly stranger.

Spotted in the women's room at that southbound-only rest area on 101, just north of Willits.

[H/T to @emilymclongst for catching the little things.]
